First time indoor grow

I noticed nobody has replied to your rust spots. I’d help but I’m noob and don’t know enough to be giving advice. Try posting questions about the rust spots in the infirmary. I’m curious to know myself. Good luck.

Day 55 || Day 13
Rust spots are really spreading. At this point if I were to keep cutting off any affected leaves, most of the important fans leaves would be gone. I don’t know what to do other than let her go the remaining 3-4 weeks. Which means my younger plant having a good chance of being affected 😖 My second fan should be here tomorrow to help increase circulation.View attachment 1086105View attachment 1086106View attachment 1086107View attachment 1086108

What is the pH?

Thank you!

Okay. You need to get that up. That is low for soil. This is a calcium deficiency brought on by pH being too low imo.
Ah ok, I have some cal-mag I can add to the waterings. I thought I was suppose to be in the 5.5-6.5 range for soil based on what my ph chemicals say 😬

Try letting a watering or two drift up to that 6.5-6.8 range and see if it slows down. It does not look particularly acute to me so no need for a flush or anything imo.

(I am slightly red/green color blind so if I am wrong in this judgement about severity then mb).

Awesome thank you! I’ll give it a go and see if it gets better!

I was going to add cal-mag to my third grow regimen but a series of people led me to believe that I didn’t need cal-mag in my soil. I was led to believe that cal-mag might be more of a hydro type nutrient ... is that wrong?

I will add cal mag if the pH is good and the plant is showing he or she wants it. But not on autopilot.

Gave her a good watering with ph’d water of about 6.8. She looks wayyyyy worse today 😬 second plant doing well so far!

This morning I noticed some “clawing” leaf tips 😳 I’m wondering if it’s from too much nutrients since I went a little heavy this week. Or if it’s a sign I should switch over the the flowering nutrients now that I’m already seeing pistils? I’m going to water heavy with plain ph’d water next watering and then switch to Tiger Bloom nutrients after.View attachment 1074478View attachment 1074479
You used Fox Farm trio, thats what I used and mine did that all the way through. Im in week 7 of flower and i still have it, and im cutting back on nutes now

If you zoom in close on the cut leaves that discoloration (brown) looks a little like mold. Im probably way off but just what I daw
The humidity has been 40% and under with 2-3 fans going. After a lot of reading and chatting with others, 99.9% sure it’s calcium deficiency. I was using filtered water instead of letting my tap water sit out along with keeping the ph around 6.0, making it hard to absorb certain nutrients. Rookie mistake lol.

Yeah I was only doing half strength of the bites this whole time and it still seemed to cause some issues so I’ll be using even less from now on :/

This is my 1st indoor grow also. I switched to 12/12 Dec.27th. I will be following u the rest of the way.
