you can follow along here... I got all the help I needed out of this, and too much to update both LMAOAhh wow I thought there was a cool trick up your sleeve HA but obviously it was as she looks awesome. The instructions for my light reccomend removing the plants lol now I see first hand it CAN happen
My pictures suck. First time manifolding is looking good. I'm doing 3 nodes for the space later in growUpdate ;
Next step is to repot .
Waiting till 4/20/20 for the dream field to finish. And it has been using 420 watts out of the wall.
They recover faster if you remove all growth below the cut. You can use those cuts to sex a plant if you don't already know it's sex.Here is the result of the last few weeks, I flipped the Lemon Haze and the Sour Diesel... still working on the cataract kush... yea she thicccc...
I got a start on the new girls...

Im interested in following this. Let me know what your harvest is in comparison to a grow without mainlining.
Looks good !Ive never mainlined yet. But I am going to do the same training on a couple or all of my plants. I haven't decided yet. Looks like you are on the right track. I am waiting on a couple more nodes. I am going to top when I have 5 nodes on them. This is my first attempt at growing weed, well in the last 3 decades lol
These are the Lemon Shining Silver Haze and the Sour Diesel x Afghan that I started the thread off with..: day 12 of flower. Hard to get good shots of the side of the canopy. But you can see they are nice and full... really starting to stretch out now
I don't manifold but I do top and top and top This Sweet tooth is almost 6 weeks old it has around 60 tops already its 14" tall. She will be in veg another 6 weeks until I have room in flower room. This will be the most topping of any plant I've grown. I should be able to top them once or twice more 100 + tops should be an interesting plant.Heres a good pic of my Cataract Kush 72 hours after defoliation.. Topped this one twice also...
Haven't repoted yet. Have time to waste.
Till these finish.
Going traditional to Main lining

I didnt catch that at first... I like that idea.interesting! the sticks to keep em straight! nice!!
Keep them growing where you want.interesting! the sticks to keep em straight! nice!!
I've found (you have to) when you top. The plant sends All its energy to stemming. Lower ones pick up speed. That's energy waste if we are trying to grow all tops. That's not a criticism. Keep the parts you want to grow out. Moving faster. Keep manifold large for later in flower. (Is my thinking)Another topping and defoliation for the gorilla candy... but I did not clean the entire plant this time, I left a set of lower nodes I want to see how they grow out.
Don't tyinteresting! the sticks to keep em straight! nice!!
Put in a vaseI have a question about replanting a plant that you broke one of the manifolds vert early on in training. I'm left with one side growing out with several bud sites now and thought about planting outside. Can I bury alot of the bare stalk without it rotting like a tomato plant? Or do I have to replant at same depth at this stage of growth?
