Maybe, I’ve read similar things on it but then seen quite a few videos of people growing autos in smaller pots being their life cycle is so small that they don’t get too big I’m also trying to keep them manageable in size being I f***ed around and got 5 plants to veg when I was only hoping for two of them to make it at this point I wouldn’t try another transplant in fear that they might not make it. Next grow maybe I’ll upsizeI think they might be to small for the roots outdoors. I might be wrong but from researching I read if they to small them you get nutrients lockout
Yeah I’m no expert but have watched so many videos and read so many peoples stories and from what I see with the autos 3 gal do great and a lot of YouTube growers use them I’m legal to grow medicinal so my only concern was the huge shade tree in my yard being I have to move around for sun a little bit at certain hours so I can’t have anything over 5 gallon plants and even that’s a bit much for a 130 lb girl. My photo I planted unknowingly then when I found out what it was I transplanted in the 5gal and I don’t know what I’m gonna do when she gets bigger now that I’ve seen other outdoor photo grows and how they get big!!I only asked because I want to use 3 or 5 gallon, I don’t want to get plants growing as big as trees. My next door neighbours will be on the phone to the cops
My advice is sticking with auto flower for you so you have 85 days seed to harvest and don’t have actual trees growing all the way to the sun again I’m no expert but thus far that’s my understandingI only asked because I want to use 3 or 5 gallon, I don’t want to get plants growing as big as trees. Someone else recently suggested the same thing about a dolly and i am definitely gonna have to invest in one for Angie’s earmuffs she will definitely throw out my back by the time I get her to harvestStrap it to a cheap, harbor, freight dolly, if you have to! You can slide them around pretty easily on a piece of cardboard, especially over grass! Just don’t mess your back up! Err on the side of caution! You will have many pots and many plants, but only one back!
For now it’s fine I’m just concerned when it gets bigger that why I sprung for the 5 gal and not bigger.Don’t overlook thrift stores when scrounging around for that kind of stuff! But Harbor freight is pretty cheap! The dolly will probably weigh more than the pot and plant! You’re not talking much weight there! Not in 5 gallons!
