Flowering Under 315 Cmh

i get just over 1.5 gpw so hoping with the same wattage cmh will bring 2 gpw

I hope everyone is comparing results with single ended 600's. Because the 315 cmh is not likely to beat a de.

Would a 315cmh be too much for a 2x2.5x5.7 tent? I'm sure the light coverage would be fine but what about heat and the actual unit size?

Looking good. I've just finished a 630 run here's a few bud shots i pulled 1.6 gpw with no co2 just passive extraction can't wait to see what I'm guna pull with some more gadgets.

I wouldn' use cmh from.seed. imo too much uva/uvb for the little guys.

I just got a bit of uvb/a burn in veg on a couple leaves.

It's 1 of our own creations run it under normal hps many times but a 1st under the cmh

Hey guys new to the forum. Just wanted to share my Cmh results. I’m using a Sunburst 315 with Phillips bulb. So I grew a Dutch Kush a couple of times under a 1k open bulb. It shared the light with 3 other plants so it got about 25% of the light. Only yielded about 4.5 oz both times so not a big yielding strain at all but amazing terp profile! Like an orange creamsicle!

Anyway I grew the same cut under the 315 by itself. I filled out about a 2.75x2.75 canopy with a trellis and yielded 10.75 oz! The buds were way way bigger! So I’m gonna see what these lights can do for a high yielding strain!

Btw I run a sealed open bulb 3k single hps room and usually yield as low as 20oz and as high as 40oz per light
