I didn't go with the death in a bottle (avid, forbid, or pylon) since they are all illegal in cali (last thing I need is to get busted for illegal pesticides) so I got 100% cold pressed need, hopefully a strong regiment will fight them off in a few weeks

Yeah I know how bad they are, but you do understand how neem works right? It is a systemic killer. It doesn't kill them directly it stops the life cycle So it will take 3 weeks or so but it will kill them and I won't harm anyone in the process of doing it.You got neem for the hemp russets mites?
