I run high humidity and don't have pm. Had it one time when I brought in clones. Veg room is 85f 70% humidity 24 7 lights on all day and night

As far as how i use neem. I do 1/8tsp to 26oz warm water with a few drop a dawn as wetting agent. Spray at lights out fans on a few times thru veg.. once I go into bloom I might spray once more before they transition in to flower. If I stick to the regime I don't seem.to have a pm problem. And my shit does swing temp and r/h

Some people don't like to use neem cause the waxes it leaves behind. But I do believe if it not over used. There won't be a build up on the parts of the plant that we use
