Those sprouts look amazing or like little plants, we know in your hands they've got a good future ahead of them. Does the parmesan cheese really keep gnats away, I know its good for algae control. Hope all is well, take care bro

one day..after we start actually seeing finished grows...and getting smoke reports

i will jump on something just to show how it would grow in a vertical tree setup.

As well i would compare it to what i normally grow,Chemdog D, ecsd ,bubba,go,train wreck etc sometimes.

and yes i have very recent pictures to support what i do

and the Chemdog D,ecsd multi colas are scraping the ceiling

this test would show people that/if the genetics are as good as what i grow...or maybe even better.

the "4 lb per plant vertical grow" predicted via alien and his genetics is not a modest claim.

i do not believe predictions until they happen, but i also never say "never"

Just to clarify, I have claimed that 1 strain would hit over 4 in a DIALED vert setup...and it already has.

If you aren't hitting 3.5 to 4 per 1k in a vert...you can get more out of your setup, I promise you.

If you ever want to rap on different vert setups, PM me.

And how about a shout out to SMF since you're posting in his thread...what up SMF!!!

Must be using some kind of bloom booster from outer space if your pulling 4lb per light
That's impressive if anyone is pulling 4 lbs a light, regardless of feed, that's jawdropping. I've seen 2.5-3 a light and that's insane imo
4 would have to be a Cali record holder, yieldwise...
How long are the 4lb/light vegging for??

PM me baba...we need to talk brotha!

I'm not speaking of huge trees here. 3-4 weeks max veg with topping.

Imagine a 4x8 table with 2 lights over each 4x4 area...then in your mind, turn it on its side vertically so it is standing 8 feet tall, with scrog in place....and multiply by 4 into a large cube using the same 2 lights that can light a 32 square foot horizontal area.

It's math...

32 square feet of canopy with 2 lights providing optimum lumens in a horizontal

128 square feet of canopy with 2 lights providing optimum lumens in a vertical

Vert will kill it everytime. That said, it is waaaaay more work, can be laborious to leaf depending on work space, and is more of a pain in the ass than traditional horizontal farming. Is it worth it? Yes, if you are willing to dedicate the extra time to it.

All in all though, I still prefer horizontal farming in beds over any other technique...it's just simple and familiar...gotta love all the different ways we do this!

Cheers,
A
