Here you are laddie! Best working version for me atm...
Sporty's BEST working GUMMY Reesippi (2/2021)
1/4 c water (60 g)
1/4 c canna oil (60 g)
3oz (85 g) package of Jell-O
4 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin (this amount has been working perfectly 2-5-21)
This is the biggest problem with most recipes is there is too much Gelatin
1 teaspoon Lecithin
Combine Jell-O, Gelatin & Lecithin (powdered) thoroughly in dry sauce pan.
Mix & add canna oil/water.
Stir continuously over medium heat and bring to a boil.
Continue cooking stirring continuously, until entire mixture is at a rolling boil for a 1.5 to 2 mins.
Pour into silicone molds.
Chill until firm, unmold, allow the candies to air dry overnight in fridge, store in layers of
parchment in airtight container in refrigerator. At least 1 full day in fridge or more, they will be dry to the touch. Move them around while in fridge a few times to get all sides dry.
If you make your own Canna Oil and have added Lecithin at time of infusion, do not add again :)
