re-doing setup with gavitas, I made a mistake. Didnt know gavitas ballast are attached to reflector, any way to seperate and run ballast in another room. I thought i was gonna be able to use the longer cords i already have :(
 
You can separate the Gavita ballast from the DE fixture, you'll need a single gang box, some fittings and 600V rated lampcord, done it before for a 30/30 flip.

decided to keep using my generic de lamp, will use gavita in another room
