Thanks for stopping by and trying to help me out with my problem I am having right now. Nice to hear your running something similar, you got a journal of what you got going on? And my problem is actually kinda of the opposite of the one you had, there drinking tons of water but my ppms been rising a lil everyday but now that you said that the problem started around the time I brought my humidity down so maybe that has something to do with it. Im not to sure yet, my top off tank was all dirty and had lil chunks of nutes coming out don't know if this was making the ppms rise or not but cleaned the hell out of it and hopefully this was the problem, ill know today tho.

Your humidity might be in check maybe they are dialed in and thats the pace they will feed

Thanks Bobby Smith, I had a couple questions for everyone, I was wondering how many days into flower should I wait to start trimming off all the bull shit that isn't going to amount to much? I usually would just start before I started flower and just slowly would get it done up to week 3 but read somewhere (i think it was in Bens journal) to wait till sometime (can't remember exactly what day) in the second week to do this.

Second question is can roots excel and zone be used together, and if anyone knows of any journals where these 2 products are used together successfully or not? I read a few places where they say they won't work together, use either one or the other, than I also read a few places that they can be used together but I can't find any threads of anyone using together.

I trimmed all my suckers off slowly on my big one bad choice it wasn't easy. I would say trim them off as soon as you know that particular branch is trash. On mine after waiting to long I trimmed off a 30 gallon bag of stuff the plant wasted energy on. Also the longer you wait the harder it is to get to the center of the plant. I completely did my small room the 2 nd week of flower it seems to have worked great. They are under 600's so I trimmed way more off than the 1000's.
Good Luck you have a lot of work bro.
I never used either of the products your using I use Micro's

So one thing I wanted to change on my next run is the cages, the cages I been using do real well at support but its kinda difficult to lift the lids to sneak a peak at my roots. So I designed something different for the next round and this is what I came up, the pvc is screwed to the lid so it gives real easy access to roots without worring about damanging any branches!

Very nice. How did you "screw" them to the lid. Thanks!
