Question:

When you transplant (in my case the clone) to a larger pot, what is your preffered way of watering for it to take root faster/easier and with less stress. Meaning do you water right around the stem, or do you water on the perimiter of the pot, or do you soak the pot until runoff? Wondering if it is better to water less like .5L and have it dry quicker.
First, after transplant, lift the pot, feel the weight of a dry pot. Second, drench it. Pour ph water over entire soil surface in container, its ok if you have a 2" pool of water on top. Let it flow through entire container, then discard.

Repeat when dry. Each plant may be different, learn your girls.

Awesome thank you so much for the info!! I wasn’t sure if it would be too much water and possibly drown the lady :)

The little girl is doing quite well! Lots of new growth coming in now, as I think it is taking well to the new soil and larger space.

Yesterday morning 4/10 right when lights turned on I gave it a good watering until runoff with 6.5ph water mixed with 1/4 strength of Diamond black and Bioweed and it seems to love it.

wondering if next watering I should actually give it a feeding with the rest of the nutrients at 1/4 strength.

Some updates!

so I started training the lady, and had a first extra light nutrient watering three days ago.

noticed some yellowing on a couple of nodes but I think its due to me squeezing them to slow the growth a little bit, will keep an eye out however.

Don’t think it could be nute burn as the amount was sooo minimal.

I also built myself a DIY scrog net! Using some pvc pipe and twine, I now have a double level and adjustable trellis. It’s slightly smaller than my tent. Will post pictures on a separate post below this one.

Happy Friday y’all! ✌🏼

Soak the pot till 10 to 20 percent Runoff . Looking good one tip don't have your fan blowing down as it’s near the light move it down so it’s just above the plant height moving the hot air up away .

Yeah that’s what I have been doing, water till 10% run off right when lights go on in the AM. Then I wait 3 full days, and water again on the 4th morning.

Also re fan: I have another one on top blowing air out as well. On Sunday my 6” ac infinity t9 will be here so I am hoping that will help a bit and I can use the two clip fans to move more air around than there currently is.

I also have a small humidifier (super dry in Denver) and keeping temps around 75F and RH around 70%.

Thank you so much for the advice, appreciate you taking a look!

ah yeah I have only a 5' tent for now :/ the frame for the nets at it's tallest is 47"

just put the frame in the tent, and it fits nicely! I wanted it to have a bit of room on the left/right side to fit some minor things.

cannot wait for the ac infinity :D
