if you don't have em the best thing you can use is repellents. There are a variety of things that work: pepper oil, eucalyptus, orange, peppermint etc. just mix Neem half ounce per gal and a few drops of oil with a small squirt of dish soap. spray lower leaves, soil, and pots once a week. this keeps em away and gets rid of them. if they've layed eggs spray with age old organics kelp.
