Came here to reply to a DIY thread and apparently I cant until I get some posts..

Im Ben, I am an engineer and gardener in Colorado... I'll let my work speak for its self.

Took this picture last week, this is my White Widow with a few weeks left til harvest.

its been keeping my pH right where I want it for months now flawlessly.

I also grow in soil, this is my old school AK47 strain am just beginning to work.. Was harvested back in Febuary and is the best smoke I've ever grown. She is going to be used in a few breeding projects soon.

Thanks, the AK has quite a story behind her.. but the quick and dirty is I found a single fem'd bag-seed off a very tightly held old-school AK mother (15+ years old) that I had been trying to get a cut of for a long long time now.

Since the grower refused gift me with a cut I germed the 1 bag-seed I've found in 5 years of smoking the strain, and it turned out just as good, and if not better than its mother.. She has a distinct leaf mutation that causes the top pair of fan-leaves to point down, once you top her the mutation moves to the pair right under the split tops and will remain there through the grow... kinda interesting, never seen anything like it.

Shows all the classic old-ak47 traits and is one of my favorite smokes.. Lemon Pheno, finishes in 70 days, Incredible Yields, Long & Powerful highs w/little tolerance buildup..

The plan is this winter to reverse a plant and create some S1 seed from her, also going to put a few legendary rare cut-only strains in with her and see what happens...
