I was out there this morning doing the daily check and was already looking at changing things “AGAIN” it feels like I have a lot going on at the moment but it feels very in control also ( there have been times things were in fact not in control)

Weather, nutrients have been on the battle list most recently. It’s full on winter here now minus the below freezing with snow (im sure thats coming at some point, maybe after the first of the year) but its still cold and humid, its manageable though. Just keeps things “dynamic”, there’s that damn word again
On the topic of nutrients I think I pulled the bush league of all bush league mistakes!!! Mixed up (crossed product and amounts to gallons of water in my head) for at least two waterings maybe three! So the plants only got the sweet candy and no crop 1 or cal-mag yesterday. I think if the plants hadn’t of like the extra nitrogen they would have showed signs sooner, or more “acutely” reacted negatively. I’ve got the SF1000 on full power over the GMOxOkie and I lowered my DIY led jobby a few inches over the XX’s The other day, im going to play around with that this run though the xx clones are ridiculously sensitive to life so I may just leave them alone with the light hahah!
The dehumidifier has been on for a few days now keeping things a little warmer than it would be with out it running. I still want another 6L humidifier for the flower room : )
The two bottom pics are from yesterday, there’s a little “saw edge” or whatever you call it. Pretty sure thats a sign of something created by the mentioned above factors or nutes and climate either way im stoked on how things are progressing. I was able to make a correction, thank you to Captspalding (seems like it took forever) probably a few weeks only lol. Now we’ll see how long I can keep things on track (were not going to talk about the nutrient mix up)
Keep your eyes out for the two GDL’s! They’re in the mix (two small plastic pots) Very promising looking!!

Fall, winter, and Spring are indoor growers best time of the year. This summer was a struggle but hey, we get it done..lol.

Yes, that happened a while ago though! the project has been running on hopes and dreams for some time now haha! I need more silver tape and more insulation along with lumber : ) got it set up enough to at least try my hand at perpetual (this winter and spring) not sure if ill have the shed finished enough for all that over the summer. Im having fun with it.

Thanks monster, they all have a little different look but im happy with all of them so far : ) Yeah this summer was a rough one! Lots learned! Hoping to get it applied this summer, but thats a “wait and see” kind of situation (can I grow enough before summer to chill back and not grow those months) it would be cool to be able to focus on the outside garden and go camping without stressing over a grow hahaha!

Got the GMOxOkie to herm (I think) pulling it out and throwing something else under the sf1000 not happy but is what it is. I know we were talking about the like leakage earlier and it didnt seem like what I had was enough to herm plants out so I got nothing in the form of why this happened, could of been the temps maybe? I dont know. Licking my wounds and moving forward (im still pissed I wont have that smoke) thats the part that hurts the most.

So when Newty sent me the GMOxOkie he also threw in couple other seeds! One of them being a “mystery Autoflower”! I soaked that a couple days ago and noticed a tail yesterday. Let it soak a bit more then planted it! I know VERY little about autoflowering plants, with that said I think I understand the process enough to give a shot!

So what I did was mixed some of my soil that I had left over from my last run and at the very top where I put the seed I added the light warrior mix I made for all my seed starting, as my mixed soil is a little less airy than the seed starting material so to give the seed a chance to not be so waterlogged. (I have been fighting that in all my solos this run for some reason, I know what it is im just R tardin away!)

I have it under the 300watt fluorescent light in the veg and I’ll be getting the other 300 up and running once the auto and others get going (veg room stuff you know?)

Today I was out in the shed checking on things (specifically the vegging littles) the solos I had started them in only had a few drain holes in the bottom, soil wasn’t drying quickly at at and my dumbass proceeded to continue to water as usual. They started letting my know they weren’t happy so I drilled a bunch of holes in the lower sides of the solos. Let them sit a day, idiotically watered them a bit yesterday. So I added a small fan to circulate the air around the solos and they started looking even worse! Not going to lie, starting the pre panic thought process of what the F am I going to do with these things!? Was going to just up pot them into larger containers and hope the newer soil would help. Any ways I had other stuff to do and let them roll. Went out a little while ago to check the seeds I have soaking and noticed the littles were coming back to life! They aren’t stoked but they aren’t super pissed either. I’ll take it! : )

While I was in there I took a few shots of the current vegging littles. And the the XX’s/GDL pics are from earlier today (I think?) im starting to get excited! Even though I know I still have a waaaays to go with those XX’s.

Thank you Veterans for your service! The bottom picture of the last post has what I believe to be two different strains in it! Quite possibly the true Raskals?? (Have the wrong plant marked) the plant in question has an entirely different leaf structure from all the others and the one I marked “Raskals” is more similar looking to the majority. Not super tight science behind this theory but in my opinion the logic is sound (enough)

I have dropped the light down a ton and moved a couple of the XX’s around for optimal lighting. And resumed feeding the mega crop part-1 along with the sweet candy, and I’ve been looking at the PK booster stuff? Which I have seen a few members using that along with the sweet candy. And from what I have seen just from using the sweet candy and Part-1 im absolutely sold on the entire line.

Grandads lavenders are rocking along under the spider farmer light!

The veg room in vegging along. I used a .5gal hand sprayer out of desperation because I suck still suck at watering solos! and I really like it for the “larger” plants (while their in the solos of course). Im considering up posting a couple of them because they always seem to start doing better in the true soil and larger pots (unknown type or size at this type)

And one of the NLx86’ came through the soil and is doing well. The rest of the soaking seeds got placed into their own solos this morning and watered in. Im going to try the long haul approach with these as i really really want them to pop! : ) along with the Mystery Auto in the 3gal

Went digging today in the NL86 solos and found a couple seeds doing there thing : ) soaked six Frostette’s and got six cracked with taps so I threw them in their solos today! I finally got around to trying the clear inner solo with the red solo outer, it was a lot of work drilling the holes in the solos for drainage. And im not even sure if what I did is enough.

I was able to grab a bag of the bud explosion PK booster from green leaf! The next flower room feeding will include mega crop 1 part sweet candy and now bud explosion! Super excited to be able to have these and add them to the line up. I dropped the DIY light down more (the xx’s now that im feeding them correctly are seeming to take the light just fine, for now lol).

Almost all the Frostettes came up! Some still with the seed casing attached so they have been getting the spray bottle treatment. And they’ll get some extra attention throughout the next few days
I’m pretty sure I was over watering the solos (most of them) so im slowly recovering from that (the plants are recovering im not lol) im really hopping they pull through. I watered them again yesterday with a water/H202 mix and a couple of the “bigger” plants in solos got a tiny does of mega crop 1 part.

Things in the flower room are full on flowering. Stinking more sweet this round. And starting to look really good. The GDL’s are really looking good under the SF1000. Turned my little heater on (I dont like running it but it needs to be on)

Maybe I’ll get some pics later : ) this mornings check was just that. Im sure I’ll be out there again at some point today, between the seedlings and the temps and flowering plants this is why I do what I do! Well and to produce an end product for myself! : )
