There's going to be a point when you want to stop spraying shit. Get the bottled mites not the sachets. In my case it was too little too late but the little fuckers lived for a while after I got them, like 4 or 5 weeks.

I've tried some of the bugs, (ladybugs and lacewings) but couldn't keep them in the confines of the greenhouse or yard. Lacewings seemed to last longer but not much. I do have naturally occurring praying mantis but they won't stop the bud worms (moth larvae) which do the most damage outside.
I do have several species of wasps and hoover flies but none can keep pace with an aphid population explosion.
For me it's neem once every other week to control aphids, spider mites and PM in veg and then switching to BT for the last 4-5 weeks and washing down plants before harvest.
I have used the soap srays, purchased and diy, none work well.
Diatomaceous earth makes a mess but easy to wash off after a week or two and works okay for the main bugs but will kill any/all good bugs too.
Sulfer I still use on a jasmine plant that gets scale every spring. It's a powder and I've never used it on weed. I've only read about burniming sulfer and haven't tried as it seems too complicated and potentially dangerous and what I'm doing is working.
H202 is new to me and have only tried it a couple times during veg. Works well and I'll keep using it more in place of the neem.
These 2, neem and BT break down quick. Once mixed neem only lasts for a couple days becoming weaker and weaker and should be used within 24 hours. Same with BT. Now you don't ever want to spray and harvest, not even within a day or two. I usually give my plants a spray of BT and then won't harvest for at least 1-2 weeks and then a shower.
If I fail to maintain this Intergrated Pest Management (IPM) schedue I will lose flower, mostly to bud worms and the following bud rot. I'm currently smoking a GDP x BBHP cross that was finishing this past Nov/Dec when my wife ended up in the hospital for a ruptured appendix and I was unable to spray and I lost several ounces to bud rot. It's extremely irritating after 4-5 months of growing and care and a plant that has rocked my world.
No grower wants to spray their plants with anything but if you grow outside and fail to protect the plants you're gonna lose a lot of flower and I'm not growing this plant to suply the entire bug population with food. The bastards can DIE
