Grow number two, making space

I wouldnt even start looking at trichs for another couple weeks, and id keep feeding a low dose of food for a bit, another week anyway. Just balanced base nutrients, and maybe a last feed with some supplemental Ca. But i wouldnt feed Ca too close to the finish. One more feed of it should be fine.

To my eye from the pics, looks like they havent gone through the swell yet and loads of the stigma are still white and puffy. At that stage id anticipate another 3 weeks or so before its in the window to chop. Id for sure cut back/out anything with high P in it,

That leaf tip burn has been there at least a couple of weeks. And zero swell. I keep waiting for it. It’s in soil (FFOF with perlite and worm castings added, fed with FF Big Bloom and Neptune’s Harvest Fish and Seaweed along with Epsom salts).

Not a big deal, happens to me all the time lol.

I should also say I haven’t supplemented with calcium at all because my tap is 155 ppm but have been adding for Epsom salts. I also had too low of a ph a couple of weeks ago so I had a bit of nutrient lockout.

Edited to add: The nutrient lockout was identified on my other plant, though it’s possible this plant was also having the same issue then but it wasn’t easy identified. Basically this isn’t the plant I did slurry test of the soil. Oof. Brain fart. Also Tiger Bloom not Big Bloom during flower.

When will you be starting your next? Did you smoke any at all from your harvest, just to try? If not, what did/does your grow partner think about the last harvest?

I didn't try any but.. my stepdad did, he took 1 draw and ended up paranoid etc, my mum who never gets panicky at all was at the backdoor taking deep breaths in trying to calm herself cause her heart was going 200 lol
She smoked some, didn't feel anything, smoked a little more and was away with it by th time she went downstairs

Well I got 9.8 ounces off my 4 plants, been speaking to @Aqua Man about trying to produce more next time

Then after next grow going to look into a coco setup if I can learn all the info needed for it lol.
I wish someone experienced stayed closeby XD

I didn't try any but.. my stepdad did, he took 1 draw and ended up paranoid etc, my mum who never gets panicky at all was at the backdoor taking deep breaths in trying to calm herself cause her heart was going 200 lol
She smoked some, didn't feel anything, smoked a little more and was away with it by th time she went downstairs

Well I got 9.8 ounces off my 4 plants, been speaking to @Aqua Man about trying to produce more next time

Then after next grow going to look into a coco setup if I can learn all the info needed for it lol.
I wish someone experienced stayed closeby XD

I know what you mean. It would be great to have a second set of eyes to directly see my grow and tell me how fucked up or right something is. But foregoing that, this is pretty damn close. I may try coco at some point.

We actually had pizza and wraps with my neighbor/friend to celebrate the end of finals for my son. Her daughter and my son went to school together since kindergarten but she and her daughter aren’t speaking. I think she needed to have some college blood in her proximity but our kids are very different.

I have Earth Juice Seablast for new grows and to use when I finish out what’s left of FF Trio and Neptune’s Harvest on the in progress grows.

We are having Duck , pig n lobster and Cockles n Weelks off the rocks on outer low tide rocks . We raise our own ducks n pigs on our friends farm very near here kids love spit roast pig . Lobster we trap in our pots , grow all the salad n veg as well and I’ll bake bread . .

Well I’ve never gotten more than 3 oz on a harvest and that was my one plant outdoors this summer. It would be nice to have enough to carry me until the next harvest. If I do coco, they will be hand watered.

Yum! My kid is a vegetarian and eats no fish. He’s not vegan so eggs in baked goods and cheese/dairy are still consumed.

Well this is the first issue for this plant other than tip burn, and it was the last feed that was full dose.
