I am struggling to control the heat in my grown tent with spring warming up. I have two seeds sprouted that I purchased for indoor growing. If I moved them to outdoors for the summer instead would it fail? The background on the strand states it is for indoor grow.

All seeds will grow outdoors.

That being said you have to pick seeds that are suitable for your environment.

For example if you are in far northern areas where summer is short and winter comes on quick and hard, then you need a strain that will mature quickly.

But if you are in a tropical area with lots of rain then a big budded indica will probably mold on you.

But other than that, most strains will grow most places.

A sativa should be no problem, but make sure you have the time needed to flower it ,in the outdoors.

It was under a Cool Metal Halide, but now its under a HPS.
Is at the edge of the grow at the moment, but soon as I can harvest some other plants I will put it directly under the light, give it some intense lumens.
Smells a bit like an Afghani actually, but sweeter.

Was started indoors, put outdoors when a seedling for about 2 weeks and then brought back inside.

It would be at day 44 of 12/12.
