I've found that pollinated branches always stay alive long enough to mature seeds, doesn't matter week one or week eight. You can't harvest the rest of the plant at the ripeness you want and leave anything with seeds.Hey G I have a question about the pollen timing for introduction onto my SFVs
Have i missed the window to get that pollen on them? I flipped April 15th-19th (couldnt pin down the exact date). The sfvβs seem to run a little longer overall if that helps.
Thanks brother!
Excellent! Thank you for that info! Yeah Iβm going to go toss some on two specific plants! One super pine smell and the other has a berry scent already.I've found that pollinated branches always stay alive long enough to mature seeds, doesn't matter week one or week eight. I know cheese pretty well, we had it here on the streets 15 years ago, but never grew one myself, wondering how they smell?A peek inside the cheese jungle

They stink. Almost more like a rotten garlic smell it's hard to place. It's funky and loud.I know cheese pretty well, we had it here on the streets 15 years ago, but never grew one myself, wondering how they smell?
I don't break rules, I just push the envelope sometimes. I've been doing this long enough that I know what I can get away with. Most growers baby their plants and fuss too much. Cannabis responds to stress with the things we want most from it, more trichs, more terps, bigger yields etc ..Hey brogrow noticed something last few days. The widows are pumping up and house has been smelling fine. With a recent weather situation being cool and stable I have been able to keep the temp under 75 instead of 78-79.
The smell is still there but only in the tent and a bit next to the carbon filter. Looks like the studies on terp boil off are correct just a few degrees makes a difference.
Amazed at how you do that grow with all the rule violations of " proper" guardrails and specifications. Should not work or blow up or something but you have adapted your system to what you have to work with.
**** 4 stars would read again.
I also have noticed this trend, mostly in my own tent.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it and if it works, leave it alone. Jim you're grows are very nice now read the previous sentence again. @Grownsince95 is a master of the first sentence, keep doing what works and pushing until you find that spot where it don't then fix that only.I also have noticed this trend, mostly in my own tent.
I fuss and worry.
I am very restricted on the new sprouts cause it takes an hour to get back to 79 degrees after opening the tent.
And they are doing fine.
Cept the stick with an eyeball. That's messed up.![]()
Yes sir! As long as on the other variables are being pushed with the dli. Looking incredible in there! So the closest monster has the benefit of all the CO2 in the bedroom with us and 3 cats and sits from 700-1000 most of the time. That plant has grown into the light with 2000 umols at the top and 900 on the lowest buds.
This plant has an average DLI of 80-100 broken up into two 40+ events on a 9/3 cycle. A few crispy leaves here and there but beautiful, healthy pistils and really loud terps.
Dr Bugby wasn't kidding when he said cannabis was like it was from another planet when it comes to DLI, no other plant comes close if you give it the right conditions.

Have you seen @gmonster714 s floating cage/net thingy? I really like that you can take the plant out of the tent with it on and it keeps everything in place. Now, I haven't personally used it yet, but it looks cool.I got impulsive and removed the net. I want to be able to rotate the plants and have better access yadda yadda yadda...
It had served it's purpose anyway.

That looks... just wrong. The closet creature has just finished 28 days of flower. She stacked up really nice but I want to give her a little relief from the light now. The only thing I can do to lower DLI is add hours of darkness, so I did just that!!! She's on an 8/4 on/off schedule now.
