HALP! CMH lights- what is going on?

But those lights I described are not halogen. They are 12volt bulbs. So if you are using the same, try white back reflection. Epoxy white resins were used under copper tops. Bulb underneath reflecting down. If I am not mistaken, like 25watt bulbs.
Go and buy a cheap low voltage light transformer. Others are a bit harsh on bulbs, they do lose their pattern of rainbow, so might want to change out every so often. But again if I didnt see it, I would not have believed it.... saw it.

Jesus! That's not florescent, that halogen. I installed the same stuff when I was a contractor. For outdoor lights... That works? But I will say,

There was a customer that wanted the full boat. We installed the copper sidewalk lights in flower beds. They grew like MAD! Might be that it extended daylight hours of absorption... ?
Not halogen, they are metal halide arc lamps, like 40w bulbs. Super hot and bright and expensive. In the day it was these and sodium for flower. The flourescents i recently used were simple shoplight fixtures, cool and efficient, and i may go back to them if i don’t like led, or if i need heat, spark up an arclight.

If you’re growing under true cmh or lec bulbs two 315 watt lights is way too much for them. I flower a 4x4 room under two of those and it’s all they can handle.

Looks like I am going to black plastic the whole room from 8' to bottom. This is to remove all shinyness to them..

Yes I have a room, so its kinda wide open. What I am saying is darken all sides (with your 315) in your tent. You will see amazing differences bro. Try it.
This is a commitment into understanding CMH lights. I would never use 2 in a tent, nor a 630! Just way too much. But zero reflection makes a world of difference in a green way.

I don’t use a tent I use a box. But they bud nicely

YOU blackened out your sides! Ah that's the trick isn't it....? To using cmh...
Zero reflection...

No just a shitty picture. It’s all made of stainless steel. Current fifth gen clones one week before flip. Currently under one 315 sunsystem. I’ll put in the second the day I flip them

Seven plants in a 4x4 area. I clone and semi veg in a closet but I take my clones at like two inches tall. Space👎 But I always net close to two lbs off 7 plants

Dude! Try overlay with home Depot black plastic. Up to light, down to bottom. If shiny bottom, black plastic there also. I may double your output...

Show me a pic. I’d love to know why

Standby waiting for them to wake up. In about a half an hour. But it is that easy. Try it, it's small enough, hell I got acreage here! Haha!

I’d have made the box out of black metal if u can prove your point. I use those lights and love them. The bulbs last forever they aren’t hot and I get fantastic results

What I am saying is, IT REMOVES ALL YELLOWING! You got flat boards, easy tape job for experiment, you will find that lowering will remove stretching also. Use the bulb and its reflector only.

Yes! There it is, perfect timing. Just flat black out sides, plastic will do. It takes out ALL YELLOWING!

Goto CMH lights, what's the deal. Another thread and check them out...

Thanks madbud, ryboburton has such a small area to do. You would see immediately the results, no change, yank em...

Here are some...
