Here we are at 72/73 days... things are looking outstanding!! Been waiting on trichs to turn, and in the process have encountered heavy foxtailing, which is keeping me from seeing how the main bud really looks. But other than a few foxtails, things look pretty much done. Was going to take her to 77-80 days but all the leaves are finished and falling off....another sign from nature things are done. Lol.

So here is the first- Hazey #2, the more Casey shaped pheno. I've been dying to get this shot here so folks can see how big she is compared to me (6ft tall)....I will pop some more beans and find this pheno again. She is gonna yield like crazy. Smells like diesel to me!!!

Pheno 1

Here we go with Pheno #1....at the same point in flower.

72-73 Days with an upcoming 48 hrs of dark then chop.... so these all will be pulled at 75 days of 12/12 with about 45 days of veg. This one has light on 4 sides (3 1K's and 1 600w)....

This lady wreeeeeeeks of fuel. I mean smells like straight diesel fuel. If I put a wet rag of diesel fuel next to this plant and squeezed her I don't know which would be more pungent. She also has buds (main colas) the size of biceps, or forearms, or baby legs....whatever have you...but they are HUGE. Can't wait for dried pics....took and retained cuts of this one, she required very little effort as well!!

OJD- PROPS on ALL THESE HAZEY JONES!!!

Pheno #3 will be coming down Friday at around 60 days....she is completely different than these two!! #4 is shaped very much like #3, but still has 2-3 wks left...

On to pics-

Lol, like that mask? Maybe I'll make a collection. Yeah the vert lighting is freakin awesome. Don't think I will sway from it, but definitely need to get into hydro to see monster monster yields....not that I'm disappointed this round!!

Thanks bredren! Yeah I had to cheese it up! lol. Yield...hmm not sure. Thinkin somewhere in double digits, hoping to clear 10-12oz easy. Trimmed up my White Bubba and it was small with small buds and got around 4 oz so I don't see 10-12 is too high. We shall see. Fingers crossed!!

Well bro, you made my day with props like that!!! Thank you fine sir. This one has been fun to grow, I'll have to find that Casey pheno again and take cuts. They are looking outstanding in the dry tent- crystals to high heaven. I'm sure the smoke will be tremendous as I'm still puffin that purple haze and it just keeps getting better!!! This one will be nuts!!

And no doubt bro, thats why I do these threads. I'm just a grower, guys like you do the hard work, selection, breeding, etc .... and YOU deserve to get credit for the hard work.

I would be honored to run beans for ya when you need it bro, your gear always has a spot in my garden!! I'm going through some of your SSSDH right now and will start that thread up shortly.. they are gettin abused in the veg tent right now. Lol.

Thanks again bro!!! It means a lot coming from the man!

Gracias homes....

P3 chop

So here is hazey jones #3 getting the axe at around 64-65 days....I have hung dried and jarred P1 and P2 and have to say that this pheno may be winner in terms of density and bud structure.

P1 and P2 both yielded very well, but were a bit more airy that I had thought. In the stockier pheno this created some drying issues...lol. More so incompetence on my part. P2 doesn't have a particularly strong smell yet, and didn't all grow, but p1 still stinks like straight fuel!!! I mean break it up and smells like fuel and tastes like citral dank! Definitely slowed me down but wasn't too overpowering. Have not smoked p2 yet....will post pics and final weight after they've been in jars for a week or so....

Now p3 imo has the more diesel looking calyx stackage (or please do point out to which parentage that shape leans, I have grown neither), but is definitely very dense. These are some solid ass diesel stinking buds. For structure and shape of buds, this may be the winner but we shall see post drying... on to pics..

Damn bro, you did such an awesome job with these girls. Mad props to your growing skills and ojd's breeding talent! Congrats on being an official tester! Kick ass!

Can't wait to hear your smoke report on #1 & #2. I'm at 64 days today so i'll be taking some girls down this weekend! They're putting on some weight :)

Would love to see a wrap up on what you think of the super soil, 18 gal vs. 10 gal tubs, and other general conditions i.e. temps, humidity, and additives you may have used.

Thanks bro!

Thanks homie for the props!! I just plant'em and maintain!! lol. Yeah I'll give #1 and #2 some time in the jars before doing a full report. Can't wait to see your finished pics!!

So here's the wrap on that, and I have been taking some root mass pics but have refrained from showing them as they are not all that impressive.

18g tubs definitiely produced the largest plants, but did not necessarily use all the dirt/root space available. Neither did the 10g or 15g. It seems other room conditions inhibited growth slightly or I simply did not water enough. I think one factor was the humidity. I hovered anywhere between mid 20s to high teens. Sometimes I would get up to 30% but that was rare. This run I will probably be watering every day instead of every other day and if that doesn't get humidity into the 40-50% range I will add a room humidifier.

I also did not trim near enough of the lower growth off. The vertical works great, but popcorn is popcorn. This round of Sour Diesels and Straw Whites have had the lower 1/3 or so removed as I used to do, and I can tell by the branching, the bud growth will all be in the optimal light area.

Staking plants was also an issue last run, as I waited to long to stake, couldn't tie up in the right spots etc. This run, since the plants were much larger going into the room than run 1, I retained the LST and tied down the branches to the 18g pots and put in all stakes already. This opened up most plants DRAMATICALLY. As in the buds in the middle of the plant will get hella light. This run should be much more productive per plant just from getting through the first round bugs of the room and trial and error on my part.

I will also be adding at least 1-2 more oscillating fans to hit areas in the room that I don't think get enough circulation and I will also be re-routing my exhaust fan to eliminate some ducting that is inhibiting cooling.

Temps got a little high towards the end of flower and recently due to an exhaust line coming undone in the lung room. This led to about an 8 degree increase. My temp/humidity gauge was busted/low batt so I had no clue for about a week. I could tell it was warmer, but not terribly so. Sooo....now things have been taken care of. Temps are back to kick ass, and this round will outproduce I am sure. It will also be a bit more consistent with only two strains to manange. Though I'm sure I will find tremendous pheno variation, finish times will be relatively close.

This last run worked out well, but closer finish times would be better when bringing new plants in and moving around old- ie. I harvested 1 OG, 2 Hazeys, and 2 Bubbas over a week and a half a go. Harvested OG #2, Hazey 3 and Snowdog last night. Still have Sour Daze, PJ Haze and 1 Hazey left in the room and 6 brand new additions. This pushed the Hazey, daze, and pj a little further out of main light, but they are near finished so I know its not as crucial as developmental light. Either way...I like the staggered harvest but its not far enough apart to be uber beneficial. Things will be a bit better when the 4x8 is set up.

PM bro and Ill shout at ya bout weights this round etc..

Still!?! Oh man, that looks sooo good! :bow

Lol, thanks bro, and still got one more lady to finish up in a week or two and get chopped. She is a slow one!

wow that first one w/ the fourty bottle next to it looks like my dick after a night of fucking a bag of weed, big proppers dawg.
