This is probably a moot question but the win100 will come back in the "on" state if there is a power interruption right?

Good question - I'm pretty sure it does, but I'll verify in the next day or two when I install a couple that I have.

In the meantime, you could check yourself - just set it to be on, let it power whatever device for ten seconds, then unplug it..............plug it back in, and you've got your answer.

I'm amazed I didn't think of that myself LOL! DUHHHHHHH .....
Anyway just checked it and it does - so no problem.
