Basically I came home today and checked on the plant and when I took a closer look I'm seeing a pretty good amount of tiny white little bugs crawling all over the air pot and some on the top soil.
I see nothing on the underside of any leaves and there's not webs or anything so I don't think it's gnats or spider mites. Also doesn't look like springtails because they're not popping all over the soil like you'd usually see.
