How did it go?
LOL, wedding off for legal/insurance reasons. Party still on; rescheduled for next month. I wont have a prof kitchen, a good size one but lacking duel ovens big pots and 10 burners. So its all in the air right now, new menu pending free time to think about it. 2 bbqs, a smoker, 4 burners, one oven and assorted crockpots. 2 fridge, 1 deep freeze, and coolers for drinks.

Cooking dinner #1 *family only*, breakfast, snacks/lunch , dinner #2 *the real deal*. No food budget is the only plus. I got some planning to do.
