Thanks man. I looked that up and it says it’s pre buffered so you’re good on that. I bought a cheap brick and buffered myself. I’ll be following you’re grow bro, I know you’ll do fine

Thanks dude, I need a little luck lol. Here’s mine, sprouted on 4/21 and they’re 1 week into 12/12. They’ve had some problems, but they’re starting to look decent I guess. I need to defoliate I think but not sure what to take

Thank you man. I have put dome lids on them 3 days ago, to give them more humidity. I started them in the final pots based on the recommendations I read for growing Autoflowers. I only have used slow release Gaia Green 4-4-4 organic fertilizer that was initially mixed with coco and I wonder if it could be causing the problems? Do you think I need to use Cal Mag supplements as well for the healthy growth?

In my experience id definitely give them sufficient calmag, from what i read coco coir uses most of the calmag up and whatever is left available goes to the plants. I add 5ml of calmag to a 1gallon nute mix and the plants seem to be loving it, week 3 of veg currently, check out my journal i started off very similar to you. Didnt supply seedlings with enough initially. All in all your seedlings look good, slowly start introducing nutes and supplements.

Thank you man. Just went and bought calmag, guy in the store said he had the same issue with his seedlings in coco with appeared to be cal Mag deficiency. I mixed half of what is recommended by the manufacturer and watered one of my plants to test it. Will let you know how it goes.

It's some light bleaching. Keep the light backed off once new growth comes in then slowly lower it every few days. If the leaf tips start pointing up of they fold like a taco then you know it's to much for them. They will likely stunt slightly so don't worry to much is growth seems slow for about a week.

Hydro store advice can often be expensive and untrustworthy. Just my opinion, some are decent most are well... experts on what the label says and nothing more.

Thank you man! My ladies actually look much better today after giving them some cal mag. I also got some Sensi grow for Coco along with B-52 as base nutrients which I’ll slowly start introducing to my plants with a lot of water. I read on the grow with coco website that it’s better to water coco until water runs off the bottom which I haven’t been doing so far, and was just watering frequently around the plants stems since they are so young and I was afraid to over water them. Since again now I read that you can’t really overwater coco with even a 1l of water, so I’ll try that and see how they do. I’ll send some pics of how they look today so you can tell me if they really start getting a bit better or maybe I’m making stuff up lol

Hey man! I actually lowered the light today, based on previous recommendations, just to about 36inch above from the canopy. It looks like leafs have stopped “praying” and now look more normal. Also whether it’s a CalMag or something else, my ladies look much better today and leaves color seems to be improving. I’ll send some pics a bit later!

Thank you for all your support and advise guys! Really appreciate it!! Hopefully things will be getting better from now on:)

Here are the pictures. Looks the light green color going from the centre is overtaking the yellowish or maybe I just want to believe so lol

They look good, don't even worry about the first fan leaves or bottom growth, like you said the center is looking green now which means your plant is healthy, focus your attention on the development of new growth, as long as your new growth looks healthy you're golden.

Hey guys,

See below an update on my plants. Everything seemed to be going well until yesterday, when leaves started to curl in weird shapes and there are yellowing spots appearing on new leaves. I’ve upped the Nutes yesterday, so I wonder if this is the response. Just want to make sure this is not a light burn or some other issue

hey man,

what do you think about them now? Leaves started to have yellow spots yesterday and look weird. Do you have any ideas on what it could be? my guess is this is nute related, but I want to make sure it’s not a light issue.
Would appreciate any help.

It’s about 36 inch, maybe just a bit less. I removed the pot lifters already, so that plants are further from the light.will see how they do I guess! Thank you for your opinion boys! Love this community!

Im a full LED guy. Your seedling looks very happy. I like that the light is not right on top of her. Shes good. Don't feed her!! Check out my profile pic for further advice on seedlings lol.
