Well there looking a little better but for for their age itโs not good.
That โdandruffโ you see needs to be looked at closer. Bet you a blunt you have pests. Now that the plants are a little bigger they will be able to sorta live with the pest but they will grow super slow and the buds will never develop properly.
Roots looked ok but again for their age, very under developed.
Your pots are ok but not ideal.
As everyone has said lights are super important, but with a seedling and real early veg almost any grow light will get them started. But if you want real buds, have sufficient lights.
I never could understand when people scream about watering schedules for soil. The plant should be growing so fast it changes the needs from week to week. Your schedule you spent all that time on now is useless because your in bigger pots with bigger plants. Just wait for the dirt to dry, then water the whole pot well. Wait, repeat.
The only schedule I follow is 4-6 weeks veg, 8-10 weeks flower.
