Wanted HELP PLEASE *First time grower

I need help in identifying these small brown spots on my seedlings please ! I am first time indoor grower and would like to know if this is a case of leaf septoria or magnesium deficiency.. I am growing in a 8x8x10 ft room. Temp ranges from 68-78. Humidity around 55-70. Please help with any tips or suggestions

You're fine. Breathe. It's a baby and it looks fine. That first set of single leaves will wither and die, they are unimportant once the plant grows more.
