Help please I can’t tell what’s wrong

I tried the lux meter and the middle plant is getting only 2400 lux, as for the water I’m watering once the top inch of soil is dry and then water enough for runoff could I be under watering it? Also today when i just looked at the worse one it leaned all the way to the side which I have no idea why. And that plant has had that little patch of dark green since they grew

Are you sure theres not a tiny zero after that? Put it 1 foot below the light and see what it says

Are you sure theres not a tiny zero after that? Put it 1 foot below the light and see what it says
