HELP! Powdery mildew? Spider Mites?

Coco chips and coco peat feed three times daily

I seam to have been able to keep them at bay for the moment. Concerned once I switch to flower that the mites and powder mildew come back. Battling a soil ph issue now so I will find out once that is fixed and I switch to Flower.
