help starting seed in hydroponic setup

ok so in the norm i grow from clones but recently some of the major las vegas clubs around me have been getting hit by the dea and its been getting harder and harder to find good clones,
anyways i just finished a cycle and now am ready to restart but currently i only have seeds. How can i start the seed straight into a rockwool or coco coir or something much help appreciated

Soak the seed overnight in water and pop her into a rockwool cube. Keep it moist and watch her go!

What kind of system do you have? I crack them, place em in rockwool, and put them in the system under 24/7 cycle. Mild Nutes. Usually see something in 3-4 days. There weeds. They'll grow in anything.
