Help to build growing room.

I just have bought some seeds from https://shop.greenhouseseeds.nl/, and i have absolutely no idea how to grow them.
I would like to buy growing box for that, but it would be really nice, if some one could help me to build it from components, using shop from my region, for example this one, https://www.gartnerbutikken.no/categories/dyrketelt
Just for 2 bushes.

Water? Easy to follow nutrient regime like Terp Tea.... Cloth pots, drainage.....all need to be included in the starter kit..
