help with new grow house

i just rented a 3 bedroom house one room is 10 feet by 8 feet , second room is 12 by 10 feets , the biggest one is 12 by 14 feet can anyone help me design to keep them room cool , i alreay got one 10 inch can fan max and a 5 feet tall carbon filter

Are you using all 3 rooms? How much space are you using for flowering? How many lights/watts?

im using 2 big room for flower and the smllest for mothers and clones , each flower room i ran 2000 watt for now and mother room is 100 mh
