Help With New Plants

hi I have posted a couple of times everything had seemed to go fine so far but one of the plants leaves look a bit droopy just wondering if I am doing anything wrong

YOur light is too close ...that's what's causing the light bleaching on the leaves.

Thank you it's about 6/7 inches above

Try 24 on seedlings,18 or so on veging plants bit bigger of course.
