The spots on the leaves aren't gonna go away you have to look at the new growth just make sure your ph is good and dont over feed your gonna have some nice looking girls there in a couple weeks you can remove the ugly leaves shes gonna look like nothing happened to her !

I would just water with the ph 5.8 5.9 and then give her some nutes half dosage for a couple days are you using soil or coco?

I try not to prune much, your better off leaf tucking, you need your big leaves to bring the right nutrients to your plants

Dont worry about the old leaves as long as your new growth looks good you should be good!
