@ Johnny, are you confusing DP PP with Nirvanas PPP? Because DP's page also states that it is not hybridized. I think your looking at a totally different strain.

if you are sticking to strict time limit then yes only LST would be best. but the more you do the more it gives in the end.

Im wouldnt say Im sticking to a "strict" time limit, just trying to keep veg as short as possible because leaving the light on 18/6 is pretty expensive.

I just hope to hit about 6oz because Id need that much to last me through my next grow.

if 6 zips is the goal then the extra time will help push you closer to that goal. only saying that because you have to remember you dont have eviroment dialed in so that along with other things play a roll in the end. but it is doable. and to help cut down on time for next run just take cuts a couple weeks befor flip. then they will root in a week or 2. which should be the the time you flip. then you can give them a shorter veg then flip those and so on. you can have it where you harvest 3 a month. that should do ya.

Good idea man, however I dont have the space for clones or any spare cash for clonex. Il consider a longer veg then, but at the rate they are growing Il probably have to flip in about 3 weeks anyway

Right, carbon filter and fan MUST be hooked up within the next few days. The smell is stinking my entire apartment out and making me very paranoid.

I have to get hold of something to cut through the wire in the ducting to cut off the length that I require, and will have to find a way to quiet down the fan because the cardbord box & blanket idea barely quietened it down at all.

The fan noise is going to be my biggest concern, its not the noise of the fan itself, its the noise of the air going through.

Quick question guys, the leaf tips on the first set of true leaves are turning a rusty brown colour. They are also turning pale yellowish, I believe this is an N deficiency?

I just fed them with 5.9 PH & 480 PPM solution there, previous to that the PPM was 430, I thought I should up it a bit to fix the N deficiancy

Yeah that was my first guess. Il see how they do with the 480 PPM and increase to about 520 PPM on Monday.

In both pics if you look at the bottom you can see the leaf tip browning too, its happening with all the plants.

Guys Iv been setting up my fan and filter, how the hell do you get the ducting airtight around the fan and filter?

@irishboiii to be honest I think you're smelling paranoia not pot. Calm down, unlax, smoke a joint and carry on. Vegging plants tend to emit very little pot smell.

Oh trust me, it is not paranoia man. The smell genuinely is getting intense, and they are just 3 weeks old lol. I was starting to relax a lot until I noticed the smell getting stronger.

And its not just me noticing either

Ok so I just hooked up the fan and filter, which was a HUGE pain in the ass doing on my own lol. I just used tonnes of duct tape to connect the ducting for the time being.

Now I can really relax, because the fan noise is considerably reduced now that its hooked up to the carbon filter.

All that was worrying me is now taken care of. Now I can finally just sit back and enjoy the grow!

Its probably going to show up sidewards because I had to turn the camera around to get the full length of the 2m tent

i cant wait to play with my hempys....
i used duct tape to seal mine. Gorilla tape to be exact. and if possible youd get better use out of you fan/filter if you didnt have such an angle on it. you lose a good amount of fan from 90 degree angle let alone 120 degre like it looks. thats just my opinion tho. if its working fine for you then thats great. but will probably work a little more with as less of and angle you put on it.

btw the girls look good. keep it up brother.
