Is there any way to fix or prevent them from maturing or should I just rip everything out

Harvest now and have buds with little immature seeds or let them go and have lots of mature seeds...? I'm torn, I guess I would let it grow and let the seeds mature, only because I think its easier to pick the mature ones out once its been dried.

Grow them out. We had to pick seeds out of our weed for decades before seedless buds were a thing.
