I like the thighs and legs for dinners chew right off bone , the white meat for left over sandwiches, tacos, or sliced on plate for those who like white meat....
Our farm raised chickens are a special French type culinary meat chicken and we grow them slow for full development, way more tender, juicy and succulent than those standard fast growers....
Me too, I grew up in the country and that's all we ate. I love me some chicken, always prefer it to beef.^^^^^^ I can attest to the quality of this man's birds!!!!

All meats should be cooked on the bone, for flavor. :) I eat the ends of the bones (of chicken).I've been wondering, do you like chicken on the bone, or like to take it all off and make it into a regular dish? I do not want to create a holy war with this question lol.

Most everybody I grew up with, we eat chicken on the bone exclusively. Even know a few people who eat the whole leg bone itself they love it so much. The actual bone- seriously. Thats going to little far though IMO. Thoughts cman?
