High soil pH 7.8, and what I should do about it...

Right I haven't needed to add any extra. You can come across pH issues but it's good to foresee those problems by adding what you can in the beginning. How much DL do you add?

a shot glass worth 3-4 tbsp per gallon. this was advice of a friend who runs promix. it has done me better so far than not adding any. i was just curious as to how you did yours. thanks for sharing

FF Happy Frog has DL added already too.. And the FF Ocean Forest uses crushed sea shells.. No DL.. I add DL to both soils from the start..

Thanks for sharing as well. It's fascinating how many different recipes growers have for using different products. Especially PRO-MIX. Everyday I come across a different way of using it.

i found that adding DL to my ffof was better than the one i didnt add it to.
