As in now and maybe again around week 8/9. Yes.
You will know if you need to do again, by the leafs staying green into week 8/9 . If flushed good the first time the plant should start using stored nutrients by week 8/9 and leafs will start changing colors yellow (to fall colors depending on temp) . By the end of flower you want most of the stored nutrients up.
