I don't think you need to be doing the grow anymore, maybe boost the others to 6 and 12 or whatever 3/4 was. I know there will be someone losing their mind but, pretty much just feed, feed, feed, with an occasional drink of straight water. I'm doing that with mine and feeding it just as heavy as my photo-period's. Does this look unhealthy to you?

So you feed big time.. I'll keep mine at 6ml micro and 12ml bloom. So now and then give her straight water.
