About 4 days in , had the light at about a foot away yesterday moved it down to 6in. Just a regular Vivosun T5. Are they stretching too much for just popping 24 hours ago or is this normal? I’ve had a steady temp of 72 degrees but the light adds about 10 degrees (so it’s at 81 now)at 6 inches. Any advice?

Re pot. If you can slice that mesh on the puck and remove it.

The root always goes to the bottom first, then spreads out. It's big enough to put in its final pot.
Transplant.

And as for technique for up potting should I be watering with low nutes before I put in the seedlings? Or after I put the seedling in?

If it's soil just add PH water.

No nutes. Just filtered water.
Do it when you're awake and fresh.

seedlings don’t need any nutrients until the two small round cotyledon leaves yellow and die off, nature has provided the seed with enough nutrients to begin life.

And the soil should have enough for a month at least.
What kind of soil are you using?

Alright thank you guys appreciate it so much, I’m planting them in coco, which if I’m being honest the coco after the buffering never dried out much so I hope it didn’t go bad

Coco is nothing like soil. Different rules apply.

keep your light 10-15 inches away, keep temps at 75 ish, humidity 55-65..
it’s your first time? than don’t remove the netting before planting and wait too you see a few roots poking through, don’t worry as they’ll basically air prune. don’t over watering the pellets..

If you are in buffered coco, then you will be going organic I guess?
What nutes are you considering?
