I recently started a grow with the omega infinity 3.0 pro

i have a par meter and the ppfd at the tops is clocking in at about 580 is this ok or should i go lower?

it is just over an arms length away from the plants but the leaves seem to be tacoing slightly at the tops the temp and humidity is spot on

I have read that around 12 inches at 50 percent is good for a 600w led in veg seems like too much to me tho

So my question is do you think this could be light intesity causing the problems and does anybody have any hang height or ppfd suggestions
