How long for new MMC/OPC license?

After fees and adjustments, my rate is never anywhere near the posted rate. About .14 though.
Could be worse, in Germany it's closer to .25 Euro/kWh

from my research it depends on where you are, I have found some counties that are excepting applications

There is a list on the MMED website of counties that allow medical and recreational facilities...Denver has a hold on new licenses until 2016 as well as a couple other counties
