Been a soil and coco grower for 15 years. I recently tried rdwc but had to many problems with root aphids.

Now I've decided to try out rockwool. Transplanted into rw a week ago hand watered DTW each day so far I'm loven it! not a signal RA or bug to be found.

Just wanted to know how much run off you rockwool guys give each feeding and at what ppm.

Thanks!

Same here, although from what i read it seams like 15% is ideal.

What im curious is to how often should i be flushing, or at all.
As of now im giving a tea every wednesday, which is pretty low ppm.
Any time i flush, i immediatly put a rez of nutrient solution for the next watering. If anyone has any advice on this much appreciated..

Sorry i dont mean to hijack the thread.

See I'm growing in round pots using the small cubes.

How can I effectively soak the whole pot because it's not a block that gets even saturation. This leads me to think I would need more run off than 15%.

But I don't wanna waste no more nutes than needed.

I called flora flex but there drip shield won't work for organic nutes.

I'm a head over to icmag
