no could be too much contaminate (plant material) or lots of heads were already damaged,.
once your around 4 weeks flowering it’s time to think about trying not to disturb/damage any trichomes until making the hash,.

4.8 g just 149 micron trim bin nothing else but hot bottle

I soften Mine up so I can work it by putting it on a glass plate in about a 180° to 200° oven, just long enough to soften it up a little! Then I dip my fingers, usually with gloves on, into a little warm, distilled water, and start working it! Like taffy! But you don’t wanna get it too soft or too wet! It’s going to get hard! That way it won’t mold up! you need a top quality, grater! I have fucked up all the cheap ones with hard hash! L O L! And frozen hash! But I don’t think you can work it too much. And now I am prepared to be crucified by our mentor!

Frenchy always suggested letting it age in cellophane and I’ve seen people post pics of hash that was saved that way and is gooey. That said I personally have not done that I just end up smoking it.

The trim bin is indeed pretty dirty as GNick said.

On another note I’m actually doing a bit of drysifting (Georgia Pie) myself. It’s still a tad wet so fan on till we get that moisture out. I’ll pass by and gently break down bigger buds too.

If it doesn’t bubble, then it’s probably pretty dirty! You should be able to heat it up and then peel a little off with your finger of the hot stuff and roll it onto a piece of paper or something!

Right on dextro! I kept the first temple ball of full melt. I ever Made! I don’t know what I was thinking. I guess I thought maybe I was gonna get it bronzed! But at any rate wrapped it in some plastic wrap, which I know you’re not supposed to use! Put it in a Film canister, and threw it into a drawer where it has sat for about 10 or 11 months! I pulled it out a few weeks ago and it was very soft and oozing Oil! I thought I had fucked it up! But I guess not! Another blind squirrel moment! L O L! Now I’m kind of stoked!

Full melt can be hard to smoke if you’re using a pipe and screens! It can get pretty messy! I don’t mind a little contaminant as long as it’s not too much! But Full melt is the best if you’re mixing it with tobacco! There is full melt, then there is everything else!

Sharp knife and shave pieces off. Smoke small amounts. If I can make flat thin pieces I smoke that and then clean my screen with fire to get rid of nasty contams that burn at higher temps. Small shavings should be the same.
