I’m going to have to check. But every time I plugged it in it would pop within a minute. When I get home I’m the am I will take pics and let you know the wattage for the heater
If you're plugged into the same circuit as your light I bet that's why. If you run a space heater on a circuit without anything else using it, it should be fine. You could run an extension cord from another circuit for the space heater.

In cold weather i use 2 large seedling mats and a couple of smaller ones as well they will also remove humidity in the tent its good if your humidity is too high..also using mats is probably the cheapest and safest way to heat your tent but if you hang them from the top you will lose some light reflection of the tent.

without the mats the tent temp would be at 15C and with the mats i would get a increase of up to 6C to make it 21C...i could also see up to a 20% decrease with humidity but i found it was needed to lower the air exchange fan otherwise it draws in too much cold air at the vents.

On sale. 38% off. The wifi one has a very handy app. And get a piece of that green and silver insulation from the home depot. Put the silver side up and put the pots on there. You can get a 4x8 sheet for like 25 or 30 bucks. Very handy. When you use the controller and turn up the light you should be fine.

You have some good answers here. I hope you had a chance to try/check a few things.

1. Run a new second power cord from a different location. You want a separate circuit so no other load will share with the heater. If it still pops you have a short or need to find another free circuit.

2. Move your vents. You can change humidity & temperature by using flexible duct. You can also have your intake & output vents duct near each other so the intake sucks back in some of the exhaust to recirculate heat/humidity.

You have options. Just try to work with what you have available.

When I need extra heat or humidity I can do a load of laundry. The dryer has a vent transfer box I installed. So I can flip a switch and have it vent into the basement or another duct if I want. For an example.

I would get a dual mode heater with a low setting. So it draws less than 500 watts. Or just crank up the light until it gets the tent inside to reach 78F⁰ and set the controller for 77F⁰ with a 1⁰ resolution. So it only runs the air every few minutes.
I have a small Honeywell. And on its low settimg its around 450 to 500 watts. But at high its way too much.

In the winter my lung room sees 70 during the day and 66 at night. From my prospective you really don't need much heat. A little 500watt should do the trick easy šŸ˜‰

Hello guys, I can’t get my tent above 68 my lung room is a basement that stays 60. Any ideas how to get the temps up in there without a heating fan? I have one but it keeps popping my breaker. Thanks guys
My basement is divided in two. The comfortable fun part......and the boiler room. At the end of the winter, like now, the fun part stays in the mid 50s. The boiler room gets to around 60 only because that's where the boiler is. So I have the same issues that I'll be working on. I have a small mist heater so it solves 2 issues in the winter. For me it's a closet so it works well, gets it up to 70 which still could be a little chilly but I tend to like 70 better than 80. But whether it's a closet, tent.......a small heater should do the job well.....

I would consider an electrician to make sure things are solid and maybe upgrade, replace some things.

Just set an oil heater on the lowest setting (600w) use a cheap amazon controller for $40. Took wheels off mine it's under the canopy far right corner. Have fan with temp humidity controller but also the controller with heat and humidity (No dehumidifier)

They look hungry are you feeding them?
I was thinking the same thing. This is just my opinion but those little ones need up potted. But then again it the roots are cold the microbes slow down. If it's synthetic I have no idea.
