I have a nubulizer chickenman . I have a sota unit that also does blood electrification . And i have a silver puppy generator also. 3 batteries and a few rouch clips and silver rods is all that needed with a stirrer. 55 bucks plus batteries .CHEAP helaing there . :D. Me and buddies feel charged after nebulizing silver. Great before a workout. al my grandchildren use it when sick. No more antibiotics for this family . And we dont eat them either in the form of frankenfood . I nebulize mms too . :D . I know drs that take 16 ounces 3 times a day when they get sick of 10 ppm . I wouldnt worry about turning blue. I cured heavy wasting fatique from msa in a week with it. Doing 3 shots a day is all. Was so nice to sit up again !!!!

As you can see , im into natural therapy. fUCK Allopathic drs . Let them tend bones ! ill take care of my own health !

My window shaker died on me yesterday,so I had to go and buy a new one and install it today. This time of year it's hard to shop for that kinda thing.:(

Today it was a high of 73 and a low of 49,with mostly cloudy skies.

Spasms all week gave way to full blown incapacitation last night. No sleep for me can't walk or sit or lay comfortably. Cannabis doesn't touch this type of pain I'm learning. Fuckin a hope you all are better than I am today. Hitting the doctor for answers soon, hoping surgery is not his reply.

If its truly back related pain (herniated disc, pinched nerve, etc) you may need an MRI to see what you are up against. But also make sure it's not kidney stones mimicking back pain. Stones lodged in a kidney can cause severe spasms in the low back....and almost always it's a throbbing, pulsing spasm.

Valium combined with vicodin knock out spasms nicely.

@NaturalTherapy I too have some major back issues, I have found that making lotion from strains which are high in the terpene Myrcene have helped me considerably. It doesn't make it all go away, but it does take it down from that "forks in the eyeballs, want to crawl outta my own skin" kind of pain to the kind which is at least tolerable. I'd bring you a jar if you were close...hope your feeling better soon!

@NaturalTherapy I pray the pain subsides. Sometimes surgery helps. I don't know yer ailments but the scarey removal of bonespurs on my vertebra was like night and day. Just used smoke to relieve the pains of recovery. Didnt even try the painkillers the doc tried to get me hooked on this time. You tell'em you were hooked on Ops before and it's like they don't care. They prescribe them anyway.

Back injury is just reckless youth shit. Skateboards, basketball, jumping off garages and balconies... Did physical therapy in high school to fix a hip alignment/sciatic problem I was having and been able to maintain with exercise until I was in a skateboarding accident in 2007 that left my shoulder destroyed. Had just begun a new job at that point and had no life insurance, so that became chronic dislocated shoulder and a severe restriction on the exercising I was used to, which has now exacerbated what I'm guessing is some sort of bulging disc based on research and feeling. Maybe worse but not likely.

Haven't tried opiates since I used to snort 40mg oxys, though that always seemed recreational to me hahahaha. I don't intend to take any pills from the pharmacy though, mostly just want to try to understand what the hell is going on, what exercises I can do to best operate, and what options I need to consider. At this rate a bottle of 20 10mg might do me really well, but they only offer up Vicodin or Percocets usually.

Sorry to hear that Natural. That shit is wicked as fuck.

Eat the drugs....try to let it cycle through. Avoid that knife at all costs. I was in pain for years...but I've righted things with time, watching what I lift/do, getting more exercise/stretching in daily...and luck. They kept comin at me with the "surgery" line but I could never get em to tell me they could fix me.....and after YEARS of asking...and kicking the narcs...I finally got the first/only doc I ever saw for my back I truly trusted to tell me that once they start cuttin....the train is in motion and the likelihood of more surgeries is pretty much imminent. I never went there...and I'm glad now I didn't.

All the best dude. I hope ya find some relief!
Thanks old man ;) fuck... I tell you I'm feeling old right about now. I've had doctor friends tell me the same regarding a procession of surgery following the initial operation. So it's time to get an assessment and weigh the old options...one thing I do know... I was stoned as fuck going into that appointment, and I always love the reactions I get from doctors, me being stoned and still eloquent and informed. Squares like that make me realize how wacked I must be perceived as. But today, after a 500mg dose before breakfast- I walked in and the security guard thought I was on real drugs. Mistook my pain and sleep deprivation for nausea or maybe withdrawal, but he was nice enough about it, first man with a gun on his hip to hand me a glass of water. Since when do cops greet you in the ER and not receptionists?

Thanks for the tips and well wishes- been meaning to incorporate that colloidal silver into my diet for a while, time to follow through. I've been very lucky all these years just using cannabis medicine to treat my pain, it's worked great, better than I ever would have imagined. Left me feeling pretty helpless when 1000mg of active cannabinoids just made me a little fuzzy instead of wacked out like a space cadet.

Thank you LadyV! Before I go researching strains high in myrcene- would you mind informing me as to which strains offer you solid relief?

I have an old aghani line I'm working now, hoping to find a plant to replace the afghani I onced relied on.

LOL. Old man...but moving better than you in yer 30's? Yikes. What will we call you at 56?

Damn bro...I never even had a flinch of pain till I was 40. Now I'm basically pain free...other than my heart/head. In the end I'm 100% positive that shit just couldn't compete with the pain of losing a son. One day...after about a year of stupor....I just realized it wasn't there anymore. Haven't been to the doc in almost 4 years now. Free of narcs for 7 years this month. That's why I say...let it happen/let it cycle through. I'd wager heavily I'd still be fighting it if I had let em cut on me....

hope things right themselves......... soon.

There's a thought.... I consider myself fortunate to be approaching my 32nd year this month... hard to imagine 56 frankly, ifn I see it I suppose you can call me whatever the hell you want!!

Pain has been a lifelong companion for me. Physical, emotional... Either way- a precursor to reflection, and if lucky appreciation. I may be a half crippled bastard with more dead loved ones than living, but glad I have a few screws turning upstairs still to recognize how fortunate I am to have that. I ain't dead yet, this pain's just letting me know...

It's about time I get my ass doing that yoga, gotta get some strength back into my core. Until then... Valium and Percocet and hopefully some sleep tonight.

I'm working on the "fortunate" thing. Definitely a turnaround from not wanting to be here at all....but still a long way to go. Such a mindfuck all the way around. 4 deaths last week alone in the realm of friends/family....sure doesn't make it any easier...though it does put a lot of things into perspective and reinforces the life changes we've been pondering...

I hope you can get the pain under control. Yoga is great stuff but ya gotta be flexible enough and pain free enough to make it happen. I need to get back on that program myself. Would be a good week to focus on such things....

good luck......

Diablo OG....the reason I think it's the terpene Myrcene is because of of the 4 strains I tried making lotion from for my back, Diablo OG had significantly higher mg/g count for this terpene....it could also be an"entourage effect," as there is also a good amount of B-Caryophyllene and CBG in it as well.

Test results from The Werc shop on the flowers gave the following:

tetrahydrocannabinol THC 22.58%
Euphoriant, Analgesic, Anti Inflammatory, Antioxidant, Antiemetic
cannabidiol CBD 0.43%
Anxiolytic, Analgesic, Anti Psychotic, Anti Inflammatory, Antioxidant, Antispasmodic
cannabigerol CBG 1.13%
Anti Inflammatory, Antibiotic, Antifungal
ß-caryophyllene 14.63mg/g
Anti Inflammatory, Cytoprotective (gastric mucosa), Antimalaria
ß-myrcene Myrcene 30.79mg/g
Analgesic. Anti Inflammatory, Antibiotic, Antimutagenic

I have yet to have it tested in the concentrated form I use in my topical...I actually didn't even have terpene tests done on any of my test strains until we found this one worked so well, then we decided to have all tested to see if we could find the difference. (We) being that the lotion is also used regularly by a couple other patients with herniated discs, as well as one with Lupus, and another with RA. These patients are all friends who collectively tested the product with me and this is what we landed on.

Good luck to you! This plant is a straight up miracle, you just gotta find the strain and delivery method that works for you!

Got an appointment next week with a specialist so I'll know in time. Interesting facts regarding the kidneys, I didn't know tht thanks for sharing. My life until 22 was spent fed by the SAD aka standard american diet- so I guess I shouldn't be surprised if kidney stones were an issue. It's really strange to me how food transitioned through the 80's into so much poison... Maybe not strange, infuriating rather... Good old Searle and that classic gangster Donny Rumsfeld.. Dirty dog

@trippinballz -some days gratitude comes easy, others it's a laugh so I don't cry type thing. And others still it's a cry so I don't rampage type thing. Take it as it comes.

We can't do much else BUT take it as it comes when it comes. I fuckin cry every damn day. Don't care who sees it/knows. The triggers are >everywhere< here. Such is one reason for the move/restart/the changes at hand.

Dunno what's up today. Again...all I can do is take it as it comes. If anyone has any tips on weed withdrawal we are all ears. Anyone tried L-tyrosine? EPaP5? It's definitely a dopamine thing. Like...I don't think I have any anymore! Too many drugs/too many years....

Thinking myself sometimes it gets old, baked all day for the last 45 years or so....
A good cry may be healthy in that you are letting you emotions flow, better than stuffing it and allowing it to build up and fester...
Same with anger, it's ok to get angry cuss and fuss but go on...
Folks say you got to be strong, but some thing's need to be released and strength has nothing to do with deep seeded emotions...
Give time time, hard to do, lot's to look forward to one day at a time.........
