just ordered some for my outdoor.grow hopefully it's good shit

I try to avoid the ph swings by adjusting my water before I add HD. Also, what I thought was a Calcium issue was only a Magnesium issue. I added 1 gram to a gallon of water and sprayed my plants right before lights out. When I checked the next day all the girls were reaching for the lights. Hope this helps someone down the road. Try to avoid adding cal/mag to your feed.....just spray epsom salt solution and then check your plants.

Great 411!

I've been adding a tsp of Humboldt County's Own Magnum, it's a Mg supplement that's 2% Mg 2% Sulfur and it doesn't spike your ppms like Epsom salts does.

So.....I noticed something on one of my Skywalker cuts not to long ago. She threw 6 leaves instead of 5. I've had this cut for a little over 5 years now, and she has never thrown anything more than 5 leaves. Well this morning as I went in to take a picture of the anomaly.....I noticed a 7.

It's always been my understanding that a clone can never be healthier THAN the mom it was cut from, but yet here I see evidence of that not being true.

So.....why am I posting this in the HR thread? Well......about 3 months ago I exhausted my supply of Mother Plant nutes and have switched the mom's over to V+B. I can only attribute the rise in health to V+B.

Very Cool Celtic

While I usually get big fan leafs, here's one of the biggest I've seen using V + B and Transcend Lighting's hot5 leds

I'm consulting for a grower that is running the Tap/Ro formula and he's killing it.
Run a slightly lower EC. Start low then ramp up to avoid burn.
I have him running around 1.0-1.2 ec
Very nice!

Are you mixing in a separate reservoir to avoid any of the sediment getting into the system? Are you using all of HR's products in that system?

Only thing that is not being used is Push, never tried it.
The base mix gets mixed in a 150 gallon tank. 3/4 hp pump with 4 nozzles plumbed in making like a vortex in the tank keeping it mixed well. This is kept at a 1.0 ec
Then transferred over with a filter bag to prevent sediment.
We add the +Life when transferring nutrients from the stock tank after the V+B is filled.
Same as Shine. It gets put in after the V+B is running through the UC at it's fill point.

First problem is using RO water with HD. You have to use a starting point of 100 ppm water.
EC seems a little low. Same as feed times. Tupur is meant to be fed multiple times a day.
It's what I'm using this round. HD and Tupur.
I feed 5.5-6 grams per gallon HD.
I feed 20 seconds every 2 hours in a dtw.
I'll get some pics this evening.[/QUOTEwhats you're ppm when u flip to flower

I think it's around 1.6-1.8
I'm at around 1350-1400 and the top leaves are still getting yellow, is it Nute deficiency? should I bump it a notch? Btw I vegged for 8 weeks in a cold environment to get them to stay short and branch out, then vegged for another 4 weeks in reg growing environment so the root system is pretty strong by the time I flower..

I forget which of the V+B base are you using.
Which kind of medium are you in?

How they look right now
