Excellent post. It's been a few grows since I posted this but you're exactly right. I have low night temperatures and was flushing.

Would you say if the last two weeks of flower I lower my air temps to 60, flush, and possibly warm the rootball to 75 degrees that I would get stronger purple colors?
To get maximum purple, you feed low ec, flush for 2 weeks, and keep your room at 55° every night. The warmth of the root zone is only relevant in that you don't want to let it get cold to prevent nutrient uptake issues. I don't believe a larger temperature difference would cause faster or more purpling, though I've never tried it or read about it. Colder temperatures definitely do turn it faster and more completely however. The real keys are 55°, chilling and flushing early. It takes time for the anthocyanins to build and develop so you want to be doing that from as early as possible and flushing for as long as needed for them to really develop.
