I found the hand held get sticky and are hard on the wrist when you get hard buds & you have to cut the buds up to put in the grinder...fk that a cheap electric coffee grinder works great a days worth of bud ground up in 5 seconds.

your probably rough with it, haha.. kidding mine work great never broken but i don’t use it much as it’s used for sifting etc.. i like the fact you can carry weed papers lighter joints in the 40 dram..
only thing i wouldn’t want/like is the grinders that collect kief? haha not.. rather have it in the mix.

I could get 3 cheap electric grinders for the price of those......Time wasted man, there's not enough volume with those hand held............. shit 2 joints and I'm re grinding. Now that I found out the coffee grinders work great its like....where have you been all my life........ I can spend much more time smoking now instead of the constant breaks to re grind more.....they get slippery too ...but the electric....buzz whirl, twist & smoke

So with the electric coffee grinder don’t you lose some goodness all over the blade and inside? GNick55, the catchers are pretty nice. It’s nice to twist up a super joint with all that Kief.

I use a coffee grinder too. With mine, we don't grind coffee anymore so it's been grinding bud since I lost my other grinder. Works well so no need to replace it with something else.

Edit: the secret in not losing so much goodness on the blades is short pulses on the grinder. It doesn't take much ... like @PipeCarver said ... 5 seconds and you have a who;e days worth of ground bud.

In a dugout. I'm not a heavy smoker anyway. An 1/8th will last me a week.
