two dual zone mini splits.
extremely efficient. they run longer but dont draw as much... ive been looking on hvac forums, lol. you can even get em mounted in the ceiling. or whatever fits your bill. it seems like from reading you could probably get away with two 36k mini splits with four zones. really help cool the room evenly.
idk though 18k does not add up to 72k btu still.
you can add a single multi zone to you 5 ton now maybe?
